Our Team: Enhancing Rehabilitation Together

Our team is made up of a diverse group of experts dedicated to improving dementia care in rehabilitation settings. Combining the knowledge and experience of rehabilitation professionals, researchers, clinicians, and patient advocates, we worked collaboratively to develop and deliver an innovative, evidence-based training programs that addresses the unique needs of individuals living with dementia. Through interdisciplinary collaboration, we are committed to empowering rehabilitation providers and enhancing the quality of life for individuals living with dementia and their care partners.
